TIAH Completes $150,000 COVID Relief Campaign with Apoyemos a Tijuana

In April 2020, TIAH  launched our 2:1 COVID-19 Relief Matching Grant between This is About Humanity and Apoyemos a Tijuana. Funds up to $50,000 were matched both by This is About Humanity and Apoyemos a Tijuana/Let’s Help Tijuana, for a total of $150,000.

This collaborative effort helped fund COVID-19 relief activations including:

• Providing PPE, cleaning/medical supplies, equipment and more to Tijuana IMMS clinics #1 and #20, Tijuana’s General Hospital, and the Tijuana Red Cross,

• Finishing construction of Zonkey’s Auditorium temporary Covid-19 hospital and increasing medical infrastructure capacity
